Delicious Winter Salad

The beginnings of Sunday supper. Inspired by the delicious Agrumi salad at our favorite neighborhood neighborhood Felix Trattoria. 

Winter citrus salad w/ avocado, organic sunflower greens, micro arugula and pistachios. Olive oil, cracked pepper and Maldon salt to taste. So easy. So good!
