Healthy Hair Duo

I started the hair duo treatment back in early march.
My forehead spaces has been balding to the point of not being able to tie my hair back from embarrassment.
I am now able to fully wear a ponytail. It had been a very very long time that I had worn my hair back confidently.

I’m very excited to see what the next 6 months of continuous treatments will look like :)

I’ve been using both products for less than a month (looking forward to the next delivery!) because what I noticed within days was an unexpected mood boost with the daily Essential Wellbeing Complex. I had to check the label to be sure there was not a sneaky ingredient as I live with a rare disease and have to lookout for drug interactions with my life sustaining medications. Nothing to be concerned about! All good nutrients and micronutrients. I take a multi-vitamin so I was checking for over consumption of vitamins as well. This formula blends well with my regimen! The boost in mood is just an added plus.

The Serum is amazing! Not greasy or sticky. I LOVE the warming sensation. It feels healing. I tend to have an inflamed scalp. It’s invigorating while it feels healing as well.

What I love most of all is it does not mess up my styling but boosts my volume! It may be unrealistic of me but I feel certain I am seeing a sign of growth at my thinning areas— just a few! This is giving me confidence I will have greater hair growth soon. I’ll never have the hair of my youth, but any improvement will put a smile on my face. Far better than worrying my hair is thinning more each month. Especially at the crown, I’m happy so far.

I have been using this serum/capsule duo for about two weeks now. I wanted to try this as I am suffering with perimenopausal hair loss; not fun ladies!! I have noticed a HUGE reduction in hair loss when brushing my hair. The serum is lightweight and does not weigh my hair down (I have fine hair). I am not someone who is a huge supplement person; never felt needed until perimenopause symptoms went into full swing. I have tried a few other supplements to combat perimenopause but to be honest, i noticed a difference in how I feel even in just two weeks. I feel more balanced and the stress of everyday life does not impact me like it did before. For example, I had the awareness of feeling my heart racing and not liking how that made me feel and also not being able to control it but now, I feel as if my body can relax a little more and just overall feel more at ease. I would recommend anyone going through early/mid-stage perimenopause give this a whirl and just make sure to stay consistent with it!

So I'm the type of woman that supplements and products take waaaay longer than the average person to work, if it works at all. Within a week of taking the supplement and using the hair serum, I saw a huge improvement in my perimenopausal hair loss. The amount of hair that would previously come out in my comb daily, now comes out in a week!

Not 100% clear on capsules as of yet (< one month of use) but the scalp serum - FABULOUS & calming
