Yesterday, during our weekly meeting we chatted about what wellness means to us. What we're drawn to in order to make ourselves feel good and also what we turn away from. A good nights sleep, laughter and plenty of water, yes. Toxic positivity and people who say one thing, but then do something else, no.
This space is filled with people telling us what to do - what to eat, what supplements to take, how to think, what workouts to do. Often times not doing any of it themselves. It can be challenging to navigate sometimes, however, at the end of the day all that matters is what works for you.
As we head towards the end of the year and gear up for the busyness of the holiday season, we're making an effort this month to double down on what makes us feel our best. Recalibrating after a difficult few years and getting back to the basics of what works for us. Seems like every day brings more terrible news, more hate, more despair - it's a lot to manage. How can we keep ourselves and those around us intact?
From spending time in nature, to spending time with friends we'll be sharing what's helping us to reset. We hope that you'll join us and let us know what is working for you.
