It does not lather up. I keep putting more stuff on hair to no avail...please help

Soft Finish

I do like the way this shampoo & conditioner make my hair feel so far. I've been on the search trying endless products and this does make my hair feel soft and not overly stripped. I sadly don't love the shampoo fragrance, but I can get over it for healthy hair.
